Great News!  Tax Credit Has Been Extended!

Thinking about purchasing a home in the near future?  If so, you may want to consider taking advantage of the extended tax credit.  If you are a first-time homebuyer or have not owned a home within the last 3 years you now have until April 30, 2010 to find a home and have a signed sales agreement.  The closing on that property must be on or before July 1, 2010 to qualify for the tax credit.

Up to $6,500 is available to "move up" homeowners who have lived in the current residence within 5 of the last 8 years.
