Military Tax Credit Advantage!
The $8,000 first-time or $6,500 existing homebuyer Tax Credit isn't over for qualifying armed service members!
Qualified service members who are ordered on official extended duty have until April 30, 2011 to take advantage of the credit!
As an added bonus, service members who sell or move from a tax credit home within three years of the initial purchase due to official extended duty are exempt from the three year Tax Credit repayment rule!
