There are a lot of things to consider when selecting an agent to help you find your new home.  Here is an example of what you can expect from me:

  • Service - I will be there every step of the way to help you find your new home.  It is important that we have a meeting before you start looking for your new home so that we  can determine the important factors to you in your new home.  I will then be there to help you from start to finish during the process helping you every step of the way.
  • Financial Pre-Approval - I will help you find a lender to get pre-approved to find the financing best suited to your needs.
  • Market Analysis/Contract Preparation - When you find a home that you are interested in purchasing, I will do a market analysis of comparable homes that have recently sold in the neighborhood before completing a contract.  I will also explain and prepare the sales contact so that you understand completely before submitting an offer to purchase.
  • Once Your Offer Is Accepted - I will help you with all the details during the transaction to ensure both the buyer and seller has complied with the terms of the contract and to ensure a timely settlement Such items include home inspection, pest inspection, radio inspection, appraisal, survey, etc.  In addition, I will attend the final walk-through and closing.  I will even be in contact with you after the settlement.
